We offer flexible cancellation options to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the specific terms that apply to your service or course enrollment below.

1. Course Cancellation Policy

Our course cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both students and instructors:

Full Refund Period

  • Cancellations within 7 days of enrollment: 100% refund
  • No questions asked during this period
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • Applies to all course types and price points

Partial Refund Period

  • Cancellations 8-14 days after enrollment: 50% refund
  • Must not have completed more than 25% of course content
  • Refund processed within 7-10 business days
  • Certificate eligibility is forfeited

No Refund Period

  • Cancellations after 14 days: No refund available
  • Exception: Medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances
  • Course access remains available until original expiration date
  • Future course credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis

2. Subscription Service Cancellations

For ongoing subscription services, the following terms apply:

  • Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, effective at the end of current billing cycle
  • Annual subscriptions: Cancel within 30 days for prorated refund
  • No cancellation fees or penalties
  • Access continues until the end of paid period
  • Automatic renewal can be disabled in account settings

3. Workshop and Event Cancellations

Live workshops and events have specific cancellation terms:

Student-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 48 hours before event: Full refund
  • 24-48 hours before event: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before event: No refund, but recording access provided
  • Emergency situations considered on individual basis

AI-Beehive-Initiated Cancellations

  • Full refund if we cancel the event
  • Alternative date offered when possible
  • Notification provided at least 24 hours in advance
  • Additional compensation for travel expenses in exceptional cases

4. Consultation and Coaching Cancellations

One-on-one services have flexible rescheduling and cancellation options:

  • Reschedule without penalty up to 24 hours before appointment
  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or credit
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: 50% charge applies
  • No-shows: Full session fee charged
  • Emergency situations handled with flexibility

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your enrollment or subscription through multiple channels:

Online Cancellation

  • Log into your account dashboard
  • Navigate to "My Enrollments" or "Subscriptions"
  • Click "Cancel" next to the relevant item
  • Follow the confirmation prompts
  • Receive email confirmation within minutes

Email Cancellation

  • Send cancellation request to support@ai-beehive.com
  • Include your full name and enrollment details
  • Specify reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
  • Receive confirmation within 24 hours

Phone Cancellation

  • Call our support line during business hours
  • Speak directly with a customer service representative
  • Immediate processing and confirmation
  • Opportunity to discuss alternatives or address concerns

6. Refund Processing

We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently:

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency refunds: Handled case-by-case
  • Refund confirmation sent via email
  • Original payment method used unless otherwise requested

7. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that life can present unexpected challenges. We may make exceptions to our standard cancellation policy for:

  • Medical emergencies (documentation may be required)
  • Military deployment or relocation
  • Job loss or significant financial hardship
  • Family emergencies or bereavement
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events

Each situation is evaluated individually, and we work with students to find fair solutions.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable:

  • Digital downloads after access has been granted
  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Certification fees (separate from course fees)
  • Third-party service fees (payment processing, etc.)
  • Promotional or discounted enrollments (unless otherwise stated)

9. Course Transfer Policy

As an alternative to cancellation, we offer course transfer options:

  • Transfer to a different course of equal or lesser value
  • Transfer to future session of the same course
  • One-time transfer allowed per enrollment
  • Transfer must be requested within 30 days of original enrollment
  • Price difference applies for higher-value courses
